More than 1,500 people took part in these conferences. Ultima created the visual identity for the campaigns and designed all promotional materials for the events, including brochures, roll-walls, folders, invitations cards and stickers.
The challenge
As part of an ongoing plan to improve its public relations, the Serbian Ministry of Health hired Ultima Communications to plan the strategy for three significant campaigns.
Analysis
The main topics of the campaigns were “Implementation of information technology in the health system of the Republic of Serbia”, “National conference on preventing misuse of psychoactive substances (drugs and alcohol)” and “Fourth national conference on the permanent improvement of quality in the health system of the Republic of Serbia”.
Solution
For these three events, Ultima Communications organised individual press conferences and cocktail receptions. We sent invitations to journalists and key professional members of the public. We also provided reception and administrative services for speakers and guests during the conferences.
In addition, our company recorded and prepared for broadcast a short documentary movie for one of these events.
